My Story
Baking for me is a creative practice rooted in comfort, care and quality. I grow my food organically, gather fresh eggs each day from my small flock of chickens, and believe deeply that ingredients free from all dyes, chemicals and pesticides truly make all the difference. Inspired by familiar, comforting treats, my work is shaped by the kind of fresh-baked aromas that stir memories of simpler times and invite you too slow down and savor something made with intention.
Grounded in my German roots, this love of baking grew from tradition, family, and long hours around the kitchen table - now shared while baking cookies with my 2 grandsons. What began as a passion nurtured at home has grown into thoughtfully made, comforting treats I'm happy to share with others.
